Gramberg Machine Inc. manufactures complex, high precision component parts for customers world-wide. Established in 1987, we are located in Oxnard, California. Gramberg Machine Inc. can provide a full range of services from product design prototypes through manufacturing of the finished parts to assembly of product. We can test and evaluate or assist in redesign of your product to reduce cost, or upgrade the product for performance, reliability and appearance. Digital gauging is used on the production floor to inspect and monitor operations. Statistical data is collected and analyzed constantly to provide process control. Job travelers accompany each job, recording all aspects of a part's production from incoming inspection of raw material through set up, programming, tooling, production, cleaning, final inspection, packaging and shipping. With independent inspections at each step. We put quality first.


Gramberg Machine Inc. concentrates on complex, close tolerance and finely finished component parts, manufactured to your specifications and requirements. Whether your needs are for parts to print or manufacturing design assistance, Gramberg Machine Inc. has the equipment and experience to provide a sound manufacturing solution. We work with most materials including exotic alloys. Our parts range in size from a .0056 hole in a fiber optic ferrule to an 18 x 18 x 6 microwave antenna enclosure. We maintain tolerances as tight as .000050.
